Department/Project
One of the Workplace and Unified Communications department’s responsibilities is managing multiple O365 tenants supporting approximately 27,000 end users around the globe. As an O365 SME, your responsibility will be to support our current O365 technical lead on existing and new projects to enhance, improve and expand our current environment. You will do a deep dive into our current environment documenting and analyzing as you go.

Responsibilities:
• O365 Global Admin
• Azure Admin
• Document current and future environment
• Support current and future projects as they relate to O365/Azure
• Develop scripts and automation to improve our O365/Azure environment

Your Profile:
• Must have current experience deploying O365 multi-tenant to customers of large organization size and complexity
• Azure & O365 administrator portal experience to provide documentation, clean up and configurations etc.
• Strong scripting and automation skills as they relate to Azure and O365 (Powershell, Perl, etc)
• O365 Applications and Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 knowledge
• Active Directory, ADFS, AzureAD experience
• DHCP knowledge
• DNS knowledge
• Agile knowledge
• Self-driven Engineer with proven history of demonstrated technical skills
• Experience in fostering and maintaining effective customer and partner relationships
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities
• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written, and achieve successful outcomes through technical expertise combined with superior customer service skills.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
• 3 years of O365 and Azure experience
• 5 years of experience with System and Network Administration or related position.
