As the Supply Chain expert with the specific knowledge and experience our client is looking for - get the chance to be the safe pair of hands for their clients need and to support them with building their Supply Chain and Operations infrastructure in Europe, typically with a focus on their distribution logistics. Your new company

Our client is a specialist Management Consultancy and professional services provider for supply chain topics with the life sciences industry. They are part of a larger US based group with offices around the world. For their (beautiful historic) office in Rotterdam, they’re looking for a (Senior)Supply Chain Consultant. Our client mostly works for US based Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences companies to design, build and improve effective supply chains. For most of their clients this is the final step in what is typically a long journey and for some this is an essential step in the further development of their commercial success. What you need to succeed

The ideal Supply Chain Consultant has extensive experience in (only for Senior: managerial and) specialist Supply Chain roles within a Pharma/Biotech/Life Science organization or an International Supply Chain consultancy firm. You have developed a thorough understanding of European Distribution Logistics and are totally aware and comfortable with the EU Pharma distribution regulations and best practices. (Only for Senior: Next to that you have held managerial or expert responsibility in areas like pharma production or packaging, 3PL’s selection or performance and relationship management, EU licenses application, tax model design and implementation or Customer Service.) You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in for example economics, supply chain management or operations management. Your English is perfect, other languages are a plus.
