Your new role
In this new role as manufacturing supervisor you will have a number of different responsibilities. You will lead a shift team as part of the end to end production. You will provide input to the overall production flow and manage any potential issues in the manufacturing process. You will manage scheduling and production lines based on the business needs. Maintain records and administer equipment maintenance when needed. You will be responsible for the scheduling and training of staff in areas such as safety and quality. Provide input to operational budgets. Manage costs to improve overall financial results. Monitor and observe employees to ensure compliance is in line with the standards. You will also communication closely with other departments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a minimum education level of HBO or higher. The ideal candidate will have a 4+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment. You have fulfilled the training to obtain full VCA certification. You should have detailed knowledge of the manufacturing process, end to end. Be familiar with cGMP and EHS & S requirements. Knowledge of six sigma and process excellence tools. Support CAPA’s and Operations in your area of expertise and be able to solve commons problems independently. Computer skills in relation to usage of automation software such as Excel, ERP software. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Dutch is a hard requirement for this role. Applicants who do not speak Dutch will not be considered for this role. Visa’s also cannot be supported. As a person, you must be focused on ensuring a through and flawless production process and meet the highest standards. You set the right priorities and are able to see continuous improvements in processes. You are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback and looking to improve your own work, to realize personal development goals.
