• Collaborate with the team to create key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive improvement initiatives across the organisation.

• Develop a strong engineering understanding of products and contracts.
• Contribute to organization-wide processes, working effectively with other team members from various functions.
• Prioritise tasks under guidance to align with departmental goals.
• Perform diverse activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain programs and processes to uphold high-quality product standards and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Address complex problems, identify deviations from accepted practices, and evaluate impact assessments as needed.
• Provide support during compliance audits as necessary

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of work experience within a pharmaceutical / GMP manufacturing site with a focus on Quality Engineering. Working knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology and quality improvement statistical methods. Proficient in risk management tools (HACCP) and / or FMEA is considered a plus. Experience with Werum PAS-X is a hard requirement and this must be clear on your application as you are expected to hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 6 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. At this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered. Freelancers are also welcome to apply.
