Your new role
As a Teamleider Productie, you lead and manage a team to ensure adherence to quality standards in the production of blood and/or blood products, and performing a number of different, often daily recurring production tasks. You ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues through presentations, training sessions and mentoring new staff. You advise management on possible process enhancements and modifications in the relevant area of interest. You troubleshoot production issues and liaise with third parties when necessary. You conduct inspections and checks on products, processes and materials, including sampling and inspection.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Teamleider Productie, you must have completed a HBO in a life Science related field. You have at least 3 years of work experience in a managerial role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production is desired.
- Professional knowledge for overseeing the specialist production processes, and understanding of current quality systems, guidelines and procedures
- Dutch is a hard requirement for this role with excellent skills in English
- Knowledge of microbiology, particularly for work in controlled environments and aseptic techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning and sterilisation methods
- Commitment to personal growth through active engagement in further education and training programs
What you'll get in return
Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 6 months through Hays and intent to convert to a direct contract following this period. At this position, the salary range is from €3,673 - €5,000 based on 40 hours. 13th month is also provided along with your travel expenses covered. This position is only available in 2 shifts, so flexibility in your working times is required. Compensation is offered through a shift allowance.
