What You’ll Do:
As an IT Strategy Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects for top-tier clients
- Shape IT strategies and architecture roadmaps tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve critical tech challenges
- Combine hands-on delivery with strategic advisory
- Work with cutting-edge technologies like Cloud, AI, and modern enterprise platforms
- Mentor and guide diverse teams across complex engagements
- Make a real impact across industries like insurance, banking, and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, engineering, or business administration.
- 10–15 years of experience in tech strategy, IT consulting, or IT project management.
- You will have relevant experience from a top consulting firm (focused on technology, digital initiatives) and have led the design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects.
- Experience in the Insurance or finance industries, with strong technical expertise in banking or insurance platforms.
- Strong experience with Cloud & Data, and legacy system modernisation.
- Able to present different architecture models to clients, develop MVP architecture and IT landscape modernisation roadmaps.
- Deep expertise with modern toolsets in Agile environments, legacy modernisation and modern approaches to technology.
- Know-how to drive operational and client service excellence, presenting project results to C-Level.
- Ability to translate tech solutions into business value for senior stakeholders
- A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
