Tasks
  • Controlling: Day by day connection with sales regarding new deals (pre submission to customer), making necessary checks regarding the approval procedures, keeping the database of the deals up to date (follow-up of the status), controlling of the contracts. Prepare and analyse Budget/Rolling Forecast, analyse deviation Actual/Budget-Forecast. Ensure that all business risks and opportunities are defined and communicated on time. Monitoring internal procedures.
  • Accounting: Interfacing with Genpact (e.g. overdue payments, purchasing, monthly/yearly closing of the books and analysis of the accounts content, …). Monitor that approved deals are properly posted in the General Ledger. Local point of contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Pre-owned: Day by day connection with sales regarding new deals (pre submission to customer), making necessary checks regarding the approval procedures, keeping the database of the deals up to date (follow-up of the status), controlling of the contracts.   • Other: Supporting area Sales Manager Nederland & area Sales Manager Nordics in day to day (financial) activities.
  • This position is reporting to Market controller Benelux & Nordics.

Profile
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting. Understanding of IFRS Accounting standards is essential.

  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch is a strong preference, Swedish is nice to have.
