As Corporate Communications Coordinator, you own both the external brand narrative and the internal employee experience from LinkedIn campaigns and short-form video to Town Halls and digital content. What you will do
- Run social media and digital communications on LinkedIn and other platforms. You own the brand voice, content calendar, and engagement monitoring.
- Produce and edit short-form video content (employee spotlights, event recaps) that gives the company’s story a human face inside and outside the organisation.
- Design digital graphics and visual assets for social media, the intranet, and internal campaigns working within brand guidelines and with external creative partners.
- Draft presentations, intranet content, and communications materials that keep employees informed and motivated.
- Plan and support corporate events: Town Halls, patient speaker sessions, photo and video shoots.
- Sit on the internal engagement committee and bring fresh ideas for employee activities and social events.
What you bring - Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, content, or a related role ideally in biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
- Solid hands-on experience with social media management and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; you can deliver polished visual assets independently.
- Basic video editing skills: trimming, captions, exporting for social or intranet using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; you write clearly and adapt tone to your audience.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working across all levels of the organisation in a matrix environment.
Salary and benefits
As mentioned, the salary range is €4,500–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive 25 holiday days per year and be enroled in a pension plan. There is also a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre if you travel by car. If you prefer to use public transport, this will be fully reimbursed.
