Your New Opportunity
As Administrative Support Central Planning, you will play an essential role within the Central Planning department. You will coordinate the full planning and preparation process for events and act as the main point of contact for your designated planning area. Working closely with the Head of Central Planning, you ensure that all operational details are organised, recorded and communicated effectively. You will oversee the activities of the Co‑ordinator and maintain strong working relationships with subcontracted partners, including labour, equipment and material suppliers. You are responsible for raising and approving purchase orders, reconciling invoices after events and ensuring that procurement processes run smoothly.

Daily work involves maintaining accurate data within systems such as SBL, Sage and Clarity. You respond promptly to internal and external queries, prepare uniforms and materials for delivery teams, and collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Transport and the Service Centre to support operational alignment. You also assist colleagues with system questions and contribute to ongoing improvements within the planning process. During busy periods, evenings, weekends or occasional international work may be required.

Your Profile
You have experience in a similar planning, coordination or administrative role and enjoy working in a dynamic, time‑sensitive environment. You are organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You bring a proactive, solution-driven mindset and enjoy supporting smooth event operations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, come naturally to you, and you are confident using Microsoft Office. Experience with systems such as Clarity or Sage is an advantage. You take ownership of your work, enjoy teamwork and value structure, accuracy and continuous improvement.
