We are looking for an Application Manager for our large international client. This company is a renowned global wholesaler offering an extensive array of non-food products.

What are you going to do?
Together with your colleagues in the IT team, you are primarily responsible for the Application Management of the IT side of the various logistics control systems, such as AGVs, high-bay cranes and conveyor systems. You will work on the implementation of new functionality and solve disruptions in the processes of the various logistics control systems. In addition to solving disruptions, you will also be involved in various optimisation and implementation projects. You will do this from the distribution centre in Emmeloord in an IT team in which responsibility and professional growth play important roles.

Do you recognise yourself in the profile?
  • You have at least MBO 4 level at ICT and/or at least 2 years of experience with IT control systems of logistics installations;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing, is required;
  • It is an advantage if you have relevant work experience in a logistics environment;
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant, eager to learn and driven;
  • You work independently and have good communication skills;
  • You are analytically strong.
