Are you passionate about customer service and would you like to work in an international environment? Then this might be the perfect job for you! We are looking for someone to join the Customer Service Team in a German speaking role.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact for customers. After one of the account managers has sold lighting solutions, the order comes to you. You will be this customer's contact person and will provide support where necessary. You coordinate the order management process from A to Z, answer questions, provide information and process any complaints.

Because customers often order from you several times a week, it is important that you can easily build a relationship with your clients. In addition, you will be responsible for all reactive questions or complaints from customers and keep contact with the appropriate teams to ensure they are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.

The nice thing about this job is the variety of tasks and the responsibility you have for a number of regular customers. You will make your service valuable and have the space to build a relationship with the customer.

Your profile
The ideal candidate for this customer service position is enthusiastic, service-oriented and collaborative. Besides native German, you also speak excellent English to be able to communicate well within the organization. You have at least two years of relevant work experience in a B2B environment, preferably within an international environment. You are available for 40 hours.

Furthermore, you are customer-oriented and can deal well with time pressure. Knowledge of the order process is desirable, as is experience with ERP systems.
