Your new position
Looking for an Executive Assistant for the President EMEA. It will be a multiple role, where this person will be assisting in total 3 executives.

Provide a very high level of administrative support to assigned executives; manager an extremely busy and detail oriented calendar. Process and prepare expense reports and arrange travel. Work closely with other Administrative assistants to coordinate meetings with other departmental executives. Schedule conference calls, prepare PowerPoint Presentations, Maintain PTO time, filing schedule and set up meetings, perform follow up with EMEA Leadership team schedule/arrange team meetings/small events. Provide administrative oversight of Business Development Conferences.

Your profile
You are based in Amsterdam and are open to travel with public transport. This is a full time position for 40 hours a week. You are fluent in English- Dutch is not a requirement. Spanish would be nice to have. You have already experience in an similar position for 3+ years. Start date will be ASAP. The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite execs required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

About the organisation
They are an American multi-national fast food restaurant franchise that primarily sells submarine sandwiches (subs), wraps, salads and drinks.

What you will get in return
It will be in first place a temporary contract for 9 months. After the 9 months you will go on contract at the company. Monthly salary will be from €4200 till €4700 based on 40hours a week. Start ASAP.
