We are seeking an experienced Fleet Project Manager to lead the European rollout of a major car fleet transformation initiative. This project involves implementing Organisatie Financial Services as a strategic leasing partner across 20+ markets, finalizing contract terms, ensuring pricing competitiveness, and driving policy harmonization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation: Lead the onboarding in 8 European markets where it is not yet active, ensuring alignment with global contract terms and smooth operational integration.
- Ongoing Market Support: Monitor performance in markets, ensuring pricing remains competitive, service levels are upheld, and satisfaction remains high.
- Contract Finalization: Drive the completion of the International Master Agreement (IMA) and local annexes, including governance on commercial terms, incentives, and escalation procedures.
- Policy Development & Rollout: Finalize and implement a harmonized European car policy covering OEM selection, model standards, lease durations, and customization rules.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish a robust governance framework with regular check-ins and escalation routines. Ensure savings and cash benefits are accurately tracked and reported.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for local procurement, HR, and finance teams to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful policy deployment.
- Issue Resolution: Act swiftly to address commercial or service-related concerns, escalating to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Policy Harmonization: Support local markets in aligning their car policies with the VAG brand portfolio and new regional standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in fleet management, ideally with a background in implementing single or dual leasing supplier models across multiple European countries.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex, multi-market initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to align internal teams and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of total cost of ownership (TCO), leasing structures, SLA monitoring, and policy governance.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate commercial proposals, support benchmarking, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
