Period:
Available from 1st of November for a full period of 6 months, 32–40 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 days on-site. They prefer that you work 40 hours per week, with one day working from home. Alternatively, it’s also possible to start with 40 hours during the first few months and scale down to 32 hours towards the end of the assignment. If you are available for 32 hours per week, you are expected to be in the office four days a week. It is essential for HR to have a visible presence within the organisation.
Hourly rate: maximum of Euro 100,-- per hour including travel allowance. The client has their own parking spaces. They offer flexible working hours.

The assignment:
Human Resources Business Partner. This concerns a tactical / operational position for day-to-day activities (a hands-on role), with a focus on employee relations, sick leave management (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and work council matters. In this position, you will report to the HR director and an HR operations specialist is also part of the HR team. You will have no direct reports.
Hard Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Solid knowledge and experience with De Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
- The candidate should have experience of dealing with a works council.
- Industry experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology is a strong plus.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors (SAP)
- Strong communication skills in English and ideally also Dutch.
- A proactive, solution-oriented personality with a “getting things done” mindset
