Job Description:

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analysing data, and supporting senior financial professionals for one of the largest accountancy firms in the world. Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level positions).
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
