As a Logistics Coordinator based in Utrecht, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products both internationally and domestically. You will manage logistics operations to control costs, meet delivery timelines, and comply with regulations, working closely with suppliers, customers, agents, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the ordering and delivery of raw materials to production sites and ensuring timely delivery of finished products to customers. The role also involves customer service tasks such as order entry, acknowledgements, and complaint handling, along with maintaining stock records, managing samples, following up on artwork, and conducting sanction checks. Additionally, you will monitor supplier charges against budget and manage direct sales activities.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, solve problems effectively, and manage a complex workload while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a supportive attitude are essential. The role also requires excellent time management, organisational skills, and sound decision-making.
You must have experience in international procurement and a solid understanding of global logistics and supply chain processes.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a similar role within an international organisation. You are hands-on and familiar with shipping products across borders, including the necessary documentation and customs procedures. Experience with letters of credit and global import/export processes is essential. You are proactive, able to work independently, and a strong team player. Fluency in English is required, while Dutch is an advantage. Knowledge of SAPB1 is beneficial, and you must be available for a 38-hour workweek.
About the Organisation
Our client sells adjuvants and crop protection products and works with two production partners in EMEA. They recently acquired a company, increasing the organisation and product portfolio. The Utrecht office is flexible, and most of the team is based in the UK.
What You Will Get in Return
The salary ranges between €3,150 and €3,500 per month, based on a 38-hour workweek. Employees receive 25 holiday days per year on a full-time basis. Flexible working from home may be discussed after the probationary period, as initial training will take place with the team.
