Your new role
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who also wants to lead the way, for one of market leaders in Food & Beverages. To be successful in this position you have experience in a technical production environment and in the field of Asset management. You are great at setting priorities and you have a high degree of independence. You work in a structured way, you can keep several balls in the air at the same time and you monitor the overview.

What you'll need to succeed
- A completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- At least 5 years of working experience in the field of reliability/maintenance engineering in the process industry/technical production environment;
- Relevant knowledge and experience with the application of maintenance management techniques, SAP and Maximo;
- Experience in supervising change processes, including with regard to process organization and behavioral changes. Relevant experience with the application of continuous improvement processes (e.g. TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing;
