As a Operational Coordinator, you are responsible for assisting the local sales manager with the logistical, sales en contract management activities. It is important for this role that you have a background in logistics or supply chain. You report directly to the logistics Manager , based in Changzhou，China.
Your key responsibilities are:
What you'll need to succeed
- Importing & Exporting handling
- Working with and managing 3PL providers，trucking companies, freight forwarders
- Importing & Exporting documents handling
- Scheduling road transportation of goods to clients
- Working with Key accounts and assist the sales manager with sales related tasks
- Setting up contracts
You are a recent graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain or have 1-2 years of work experience in similar role. You are a Logistic Professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You like to work in a small team and have the ability to work well under pressure. Fluent Dutch and English is required.
