Your New Position
As an Operator, you will be responsible for executing all labelling, packaging, and assembly activities for global clinical trials. Each trial requires unique configurations, presenting a challenging and complex manual labelling and packaging process. You will work as part of a dedicated team of 5-7 operators during the day shift (08:00-16:30) to ensure that every patient consistently receives a high-quality clinical medicinal product. Precision, collaboration, and adaptability are key to success. In this role, you will carry out the clinical labelling and packaging process in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

The production hall in Breda houses several (semi) automated production lines. Within a team of highly qualified operators (3-9 per line), the primary responsibility is to operate equipment according to regulated processes and deliver in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What Do You Need to Be Successful?
• Quality and Performance: We are looking for individuals who are quality-conscious and performance-driven. • Complex Environment: The role involves working in a complex manual packaging environment, so adaptability and competence are essential. • International Exposure: Comfort with an international work environment is desirable. • Experience: Experience in a (manual) packaging environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a GMP/GDP environment, is valued. • SAP/MES Experience: Familiarity with SAP/MES systems is preferable. • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to continuous improvement in one’s role is highly valued.
