Payroll Specialist

An opportunity to work alongside a global leader in innovative biotechnology. My client is looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join their team in Utrecht. In this role you would act as the go-to person for all things payroll related, handling processing, reviews, and deliveries for our local employees and remote workers across 7 countries. Plus, when you have spare time, you'll also have the opportunity to support the HR Operations team and various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Rock the HR Payroll world.
- Well acquainted with the Dutch 30% ruling and labour laws.
- Chip in to HR projects like creating the "One-Stop Shop"
Requirements:
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent experience.
- PDL or VPS is required
- 2–5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in HR.
- The ability to handle sophisticated situations and keep up with the fast pace.
- You must be well acquainted with the 30% ruling, sickness law, health and safety and knowledge of Dutch tax regulations.
- Knowledge of Workday and knowledge of Cobra is also desired but not essential.
