Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated QC Technician III to join the Quality Control team. The role is responsible for performing sampling and testing activities within quality monitoring programs and supporting cGMP projects, development, validation and stability programs. The successful candidate will ensure all activities are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with quality, cGMP and EH&S requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
General duties as assigned:
- Perform sampling and testing for monitoring programs.
- Execute general QC activities, including clerical and administrative tasks.
- Conduct testing for cGMP projects, development, validation and stability studies.
- Perform biochemical, microbiological and raw material testing.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of results.
- Organize laboratory activities in line with EH&S and quality guidelines.
- Support maintenance and improvement of procedures, techniques and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain protocols, logbooks and reports.
- Act as subject matter expert for assigned assays.
- Support equipment maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Review and maintain laboratory logbooks.
- Contribute to improving QC procedures and output quality.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will hold an MLO laboratory qualification (or equivalent).
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Knowledge of biochemical, microbiological and physical/chemical analytical techniques.
- Experience with analytical techniques in the biopharmaceutical field preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Dedication, reliability and quality focus.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly.
What you'll get in return
- Salary equivalent approximately €40,000 annually (€19.23 per hour).
- 40-hour work week.
- Initial 6-month contract.
- Weekend shift allowance of 6.75%.

Additional Information
- Location: Groningen
- Fully onsite role.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Working hours Monday-Friday between 07:00-09:00 start
and 16:00-18:00 finish. - One weekend service every four weeks.
- PPE provided.
- No makeup, nail polish or removable jewellery
permitted in cleanroom areas. - Standard background check and FDA check
required.
