Your new role
As Associate Quality Assurance Officer, you will be a member of the Quality Product Surveillance team who are re-monitoring, trending and quality assurance of the product processes at our production location in Boxmeer. You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities within the department. In addition, there are various Sub-System Owner roles within the Product Surveillance department (PQR, PQC and stability). The department is therefore responsible for the maintenance and improvement of these systems and provides the necessary support to all users on and off site.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Stability Study Management
- Setting up various documents-Setting up stability annual planning-Initiating and coordinating stability studies-Evaluating (trending) and reporting stability studies-Escalating stability issues
- Product Quality Report (PQR)- Initiating and coordinating Product Quality Response data from other departments- Performing data trending, evaluating and reporting Product Quality Reports-Escalating potential product issues
- Product Quality Complaints (PQC)
What you'll need to succeed
You have a Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of and experience of quality systems with extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and other compliance requirements. You have excellent soft skills; a positive, driven and empathetic attitude; open to listen to the opinions of others, able to take the lead when needed, and driven to get things done. You have a great sense of ownership, and you are able to see opportunities in any situation. Supportive attitude, able to coach others in a respectful way. Extensive project management skills and strong communication and writing skills in English and Dutch.
What you'll get in return
Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extensions to stay within the department are anticipated. In this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
