• Device design
• LP, demo debugging work
• Give quick and right information to frontend team
• Together with frontend team transfer RF performance to process relation parameter and speed up frontend recipe iteration
• Together with frontend team develop best in class RF power die
• Quick response of requests from frontend team
• High quality device design and demo debugging
• High quality data analysis
• Maintain RF bench and Lab
• On-site-support work, 10 % Travel

Your profile

• Bachelor degree or above in communication or related fields
• Familiar with simulation software ADS HFSS etc.
• Familiar with PCB design (Protel Autocad)
• Familiar with matlab /Labview is perfered
• Good communication
• Enthusiastic active and teamwork
• Trouble shooting ability Good understanding of base station system
