Your New Role
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for a temporary assignment of 6 months, ideally starting on December 1st, 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities between various internal teams and external suppliers, with a focus on refurbished products and spare parts across the European market. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and work closely with teams such as Refurbishment Operations, Aftersales, Logistics, and external partners like Flextronics Hungary.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Represent Supply Chain towards Flextronics Hungary and actively collaborate with Refurbishment Operations and Aftersales teams.
- Inventory Visibility: Provide transparency on available To Be Refurbished (TBR) stock within the CEU network.
- Demand Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify short- and mid-term needs for TBR and Spare & Accessories, and communicate with Planning, Logistics, and 3PLs.
- Order Processing: Create and process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP S4 Hana for TBR and S&A from various warehouses to Flex.
- Stock Allocation: Allocate B-grade stock to markets and receiving warehouses based on Aftersales input.
- Inventory Optimisation: Monitor stock levels at Flex and collaborate with relevant teams on optimisation.
- Support & Reporting: Assist the Inventory Control team with system alignment, reporting, and ad-hoc operational activities.
- Projects & Improvements: Actively contribute to improvement projects and support Profit Protection in case of security incidents.
- Problem-Solving: Identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility: Embrace new tasks that broadly align with the purpose of the role.

Your Profile
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Excel, and preferably Power BI.
- Experience with transactional processes and supplier management.
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
- Independent, proactive, and communicative.
- Flexible and able to collaborate across departments.
- Not a managerial role, but a coordinating position with process leadership.
