Role Objective
Drive the effective rollout of supplier contracts to ensure optimal value realization and adherence to agreements. Enhance vendor performance and contribute insights to future procurement strategies. Support strategic initiatives and elevate departmental process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Execute detailed plans for contract deployment and supplier onboarding
Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reporting
Identify gaps and initiate corrective measures
Lead evaluations of supplier performance (SPE)
Collaborate closely with the Supplier Quality Manager (SQM)
Manage supplier-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution; oversee complaint assessments and closures
Handle claims and coordinate settlements with suppliers
Conduct periodic reviews of complaints with operational sites
Escalate supply disruptions and make decisions within predefined cost boundaries
Gather external data and facilitate cross-functional coordination
Review procurement activities in partnership with Category Managers
Support planning for product transitions (Phase In/Phase Out)
Supervise the integration of new raw materials into the supply chain
Candidate Profile
At least 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within the materials or chemical sector
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional background
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems
Based in the Limburg region
Available to work onsite three days per week
