We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a mission‑driven international company. This position is offered through Hays on a 6‑month assignment, for 32 to 40 hours per week.
The organisation is easily accessible by public transport and requires an on‑site presence approximately 60% of the time at one of their key locations.
About the Role
In this coordinating position, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition team, HR leadership, candidates, and hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process. You play a vital part in ensuring a smooth, professional and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, HR and other internal stakeholders.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by scheduling phone, video and in‑person interviews, including travel coordination when needed.
- Ensure all interview logistics are timely and accurately confirmed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, candidate records and requisition status updates in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop tools, templates and solutions for recurring tasks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Deliver proactive and responsive service to all internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and other communication channels.
- Manage and send HR and recruitment‑related correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate virtual or on‑site meetings and assist with company events.
- Perform various administrative tasks supporting the broader HR function.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration or scheduling within a professional, team‑oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (2+ years).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to have an overview of several recruitment procedures.
- You don't need a sponsorship and / or Visa.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Team‑oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday or another ATS is considered an advantage.
