- You lead and oversee a team responsible for processing sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Your leadership ensures that the team adheres to established procedures and quality standards.
- You provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- You troubleshoot sales order issues and liaise with third parties when necessary.
- You represent & lead the SOD team and be the main point of contact for the Manager Sales Operation & General Manager Sales division regarding business updates, management reports, department presentations, escalation management.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements and/or Deadlines agreed between internal & external customers are met and overachieved.
- Ensure that the communication between the SLA Partners and within the EMEA Head Office is proactively maintained, consistent, concise and relevant to the respective audience.
Your profile
As a Team Lead Sales Order Desk, you need at least 5+ years of experience within a dynamic international work environment. You have experience with managing larger volumes (physical products) and your key qualifications include being able to adapt and having strong communication skills. You are fluent in English and have experience in process improvement & project management. You are able to efficiently analyse and create business data and are well known with any ERP system (preferably SAP).
