Engaging with these characteristics and become more self-aware of personal strengths and weaknesses, makes majors strides in development of yourself and othersThe Technology Specialist will be working as part of the D&T Supply Chain team and supports the refinement of requirements, designing, building and overall delivery features and agile projects related to the Logistics portfolio. The position will also align solution architecture and works closely with other application teams like ERP product team to help make design, development, and support system decisions to ensure strong and efficient Supply Chain Processes.This role requires a solid understanding and experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC (SD, LE, MM, EDI IDOC interfacing) and Warehouse Management systems. Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (decentralized) is a pre. Prepare Support process of OpCo readiness assessment based on a predefined checklist and support OpCo initial questions
Sol ID (Design) Support AS-IS configuration and process identification assessment for SAP (reverse engineering from SPRO customization and OpCo Business Consultation)
Support design sessions to define the TO-BE E2E (SAP+WMS) logistic Processes and Integration design
Make sure Interface Mapping Sessions are efficient and effective in order to implement defined design between SAP and WMS systems (mainly SAP EWM and SAP S/4 HANA ERP)
Support the requirements definition for the needed SAP adaptations (creation of BRDs and validation of FDDs)
Transition Setup (Build) Support the build phase making sure that implementation teams are aligned (e.g., Validation of Unit Tests)
Validate the creation of SIT & E2E IT Test cases and support and eventually drive testing sessions from a content perspective (Test sequence and support defects’ troubleshooting)
Knowledge Transfer (Test) Support UAT on defect/gap resolution
Ramp Up (Hypercare) Support Hypercare on defect/gap resolutionIn addition
  • Challenging implementation partners and businesses (Global and Local), as well as safeguarding the templates and the organization and SCM best practices.
  • Understand business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations
  • Ensures the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards
  • Collaborates with product Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
  • Close collaboration, task level management of system integrators and other (local) suppliers
You are a good Candidate if
  • You are available on short term
  • You have Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry with at least experience on 3 full implementations
  • You have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
  • You have can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver MVP solutions.
  • You are a team player, and you are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • You are aware of main principles/have proved track of using of ITIL, SCRUM and DevOps methodologies. Certification/proved trainings in these areas will be a benefit
  • Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured, fast learner
  • Able to work independently, taking ownership and lead when/where asked and needed
  • Exchange and share knowledge/experience gained on previous projects, beneficial to both project and process improvements
  • Open to receive comments how things might be done possibly better, without perceiving this as negative feedback
  • You have experience with leading (driving) meetings with various business stake holders, explaining various logistics business processes in the areas of (Intercompany) sales/production/purchasing and how they will be integrated with WMS
  • Be able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • Experience in a similar role and within a complex international environment with specific involvement with ERP-related Projects and Programs (SAP ERP, EWM, MM, SD, TM/OTM)
  • You have in depth experience to integrate SAP ERP with Warehouse Management solutions, preferably SAP extended Warehouse Management, including definition of the mapping for integration purposes. It is about design and mapping, not the configuration in the Middleware (Boomi) itself.
  • Understanding of different IDOC types (not their configuration), IDOC structures and how they are mapped at each phase of the SAP/WMS process
  • Experience in other logistics processes /solutions such as SAP Transportation Management, Oracle Transportation Management including their integration with EWM and/or SAP S/4 HANA is a pre
  • You have experience with analyzing logistics flows in an integrated SAP system and document them in end-to-end flow charts
  • Experience with Integrations of Deliveries, Shipments and Purchase Orders with external systems
  • Good overall end-to-end SAP process knowledge in the areas of Sales, Production, Purchasing and their integration with Warehouse Management
  • Capable to analyze independent the current SAP logistics process with the local business and discuss with the local business how these processes will be integrated with WMS
  • SAP Integration with WMS system but also in combination with SAP Transportation management and/or Oracle Transportation Management
  • Understanding of standard IDOCS structure used in SAP MM and SD, also
