Your new role

As CW Associate QA, you will be part of the Incoming Quality Assurance team, where you will be mainly responsible for sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials, before these are used in labelling and packaging operations. You will ensure that all incoming materials meet procedural requirements for release, thereby upholding high standards for Quality and Compliance.
  • Execute sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials: printed and non-printed packaging components.
  • Collect data and initiate follow-up with internal stakeholders and/or Amgen suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Perform additional sampling and inspection of components as needed.
  • Perform damage inspection on received components as needed.
  • Provide QA oversight for the receiving component process.

What you'll need to succeed

Do you have an MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field? Or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience, typically, three or more years of related Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
  • Can identify roadblocks for job completion and effectively escalate for resolution.
  • Ability to work with digital systems, such as an ERP system (SAP).
  • Effective communication skills at multiple levels and areas (inside and outside of Quality).
  • Good attention to detail and sufficient writing skills.
  • Team player, constructively working together towards a solution.
