What do you need to be successful?
To be successful as a Machine Operator, it is essential that you have a passion for process technology. Your background with at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry, enables you to work with advanced systems. Your flexibility to work full-time and in shifts (2 shifts) is crucial for the dynamics of the production process.

Your new role:
As a Machine Operator, you become the heart of the production line, where you are responsible for producing high-quality aluminum coffee capsules. You will work with high-tech machines and manage technologies. Your tasks will include precisely setting up, operating, and converting the production line. In addition, you perform quality controls and solve technical malfunctions. This role is technically challenging and offers a rich variety of tasks, ensuring you learn something new every day.

On top of your base salary, you receive a shift premium of 12% for the 2-shift service. You also benefit from a holiday allowance of 8%, 25 vacation days, and the option to buy extra days. A premium-free pension, travel allowance, and as a token of appreciation, you receive a hundred coffee capsules every month. You start with a temporary contract, but there are good chances of a permanent position upon proven suitability.
