Your new role

• Process enhancement through collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve membrane processes
• Strengthening operational knowledge by identifying similarities between processes
• Lead investigations into complaints, quality issues and process deviations
• Stakeholder support
• Embrace new ideas and foster a culture if continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

M.Sc. in Process Technology or Process Engineering with 2–4 years’ process experience in food or pharma, ideally in milk processing. Expertise in membrane process technology and capability of leading non-Capex projects or willingness to learn. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. Well-developed organisational skills and proactive problem solving abilities.

What you'll get in return

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 9 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is not anticipated at this point as this position is for maternity cover. At this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
