Your new role
As a QA Project Specialist, you will be a crucial part of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines in change control projects. Acting as a bridge between departments, you will help drive improvements, optimise processes, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in a dynamic pharmaceutical GMP environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading change control initiatives, advising on compliance matters, managing data integrity, and fostering collaboration across teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed
- A HBO degree in a technical, chemical, or biotechnological discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA or quality management within a cGMP-regulated environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- A strong grasp of cGMP guidelines, with hands-on experience in change control and validation processes.
- A structured and proactive approach, capable of making sound decisions in complex project environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Project leadership experience, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.
