Material Coordinator

Your New Role
As an Allround Warehouse Outbound Operator, you will be part of a dynamic and growing warehouse team within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work in the outbound team, which is responsible for preparing medicines for shipment to Amgen customers around the world. You will be trained in various process steps such as order picking, labeling, packing, and shipping. The products you work with are stored in different temperature zones, including cold storage (2-8°C) and controlled room temperature (15-25°C).
You will perform your tasks under the supervision of a team lead and in accordance with established
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and work instructions. You will use the
SAP Warehouse Management System.

Your Responsibilities
- Picking orders using RF scanners and the automated Mini Load system
- Labeling orders according to customer-specific requirements
- Checking orders using RF scanners
- Packing orders in temperature-controlled shipping containers
- Coordinating loading activities of prepared shipments
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Additional tasks include:
- Inventory control through cycle counting
- Replenishing materials using the Kanban system
- Disposing of pharmaceutical waste (expired or damaged products)
- Completing documentation where required (e.g., waste handling, labeling)
What You Bring
- Valid reach truck certificate (required)
- Strong command of the English language (spoken, read, and written)
- Accuracy and a quality-focused mindset
- Completed secondary education or vocational training (MBO level)
What Makes You Stand Out
(Not strict requirements – your motivation and eagerness to learn are most important!)
- Experience in a logistics or warehouse role
- Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food
- Familiarity with SAP WMS
- Dutch language skills are a plus
