Your new role

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who uses your technical expertise to ensure optimal production of innovative medicines? Your technical expertise and problem-solving ability are essential for the reliability of our facilities. Join our team and make an impact in the world of pharmaceuticals! This is what you will do as a Maintenance Engineer Electrical. You guarantee reliable and efficient production processes. You start the day with a short team meeting to discuss malfunctions and coordinate the activities of technicians and contractors, prioritising work orders. You will focus on maintenance plans and strategic projects to improve installation efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • HBO working and thinking level, in Electrical Engineering, combined with up-to-date
    Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations and electrical standards.
  • Project management skills, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RCM or TPM.
  • Electrical work experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong focus on plant availability and risk management.
  • NEN 3140

What you'll get in return

Hays Detachering | the position will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. In this position, you will get a competitive salary depending on experience (4500 – 6500
P/month) and your travel expenses are covered.
