Your new role
As a production operator, you will be involved in the production of protein products which vary from highly integrated processes to separate process steps that require physical effort. The department has 3 teams that work in 3 shift patterns (2,3 and 5). Production must take place in accordance with GMP guidelines and safety and environmental regulations. Your duties will include emptying and cleaning filers and production areas, the creation of buffers, the construction / installation and removal of centrifuges, compliance with procedures and regulations, and suggesting process improvements. You will analyse the cause of failures and come to a solution. You will stay alert and make adjustments to prevent lifting process and equipment malfunctions. You will be involved with the starting up, monitoring and regulation of all occurring processes in the department using the process control system (SCADA). Finally, you will be responsible for the control of raw materials, presence of the correct GMP documents and batch data.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous GMP experience is preferred but not mandatory and an affinity with process technology is highly preferred. You can work well both independently and as part of a team and have a good attitude to learning. You are interested in testing and making the installation ready after maintenance and open to cleaning and sanitisation to support production processes. Fluent command of the English language is a must, with Dutch preferred but mandatory.

What you'll get in return
We offer you a full-time job with an initial 6-month contract with expected takeover, a competitive salary between 2800 – 3100 depending on experience, and excellent secondary benefits (including a pension plan and travel expenses). Shift allowance up to 30% is also provided depending on what shift is preferred.
