Your new role

As a Quality Engineer, you will provide first-line quality support to various production departments. This support mainly consists of inspection and investigation, reporting, and advising and implementing improvements in quality. Your goal is to ensure and maintain the continuity and quality of the department at an optimal level. You will work in a matrix organisation within value stream management for various products and ensuring release timelines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor’s level education in a scientific field and knowledge of quality in pharmaceutical production processes
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of GxP guidelines and relevant software systems
• Experience with automation and/or engineering in a production environment
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Enjoy working in a matrix organisation
• Interested in developments within your field and eager to advise on their applicability to production
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.

What you'll get in return

Hays Detaching – This is a project that is ongoing until January 2026. The extension of this project is unknown as of now, so, it cannot be guaranteed. With this contract you will also receive a competitive salary and your travel expenses will be covered. Competitive salary between 3900 and 5500 bruto per month based on level of experience.
