Your new role

We are looking for an experienced QA Program Manager profile, to lead and to execute the company’s quality improvement program on a temporary basis. The QA program Manager is an operational role and requires excellent knowledge of the GMP regulations and quality processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The quality improvement program considers:

• The coordination and the follow-up of audits and inspection observations,

• Optimisation of quality processes and procedures

• Developing and providing training for quality processes (e.g. deviations, CAPA, root cause investigation, OOS, change control),

• KPI management.

• The QA Program Manager will be working in the Quality Site Team and will be reporting to the Quality Site Lead.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related
• 10+ years of leadership experience
• 15+ years of QA / GMP experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good English writing and verbal skills, preferably also knowledge of Dutch
• Onsite working

What you'll get in return

Hays Detaching – This is a project that is ongoing until the end of the year. Extension of this project is unknown as of now, so, it cannot be guaranteed. With this contract, you will also receive a competitive salary and your travel expenses will be covered.
