About the Role
We are seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to oversee the receipt, handling, storage, preservation, and maintenance of goods and materials on HVDC project sites. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Material Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and subcontractors to track deliveries, schedules, and storage requirements.
Receipt & Inspection: Organize unloading activities, ensure HSE compliance, verify packing lists, and initiate claims for missing or damaged goods.
Storage & Preservation: Maintain preservation plans, ensure proper storage conditions, and oversee preservation activities with subcontractors.
Maintenance Support: Coordinate maintenance activities during commissioning phases, including scheduling personnel and consumables.
Spare Parts Management: Segregate and hand over customer and commissioning spare parts according to project strategy.
Unused & Scrap Material: Identify reusable items, coordinate transfers or compliant disposal, and manage sales or auctions where applicable.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, certificates, and logs; report risks and obstacles to site management.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to site-specific HSE plans, perform risk assessments, and train storage personnel.

Requirements
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams).
Prior experience in transport logistics or material handling.
HSE training and certifications are an advantage.
Local knowledge of Zuid-Holland is a plus, enabling effective guidance for incoming teams.
Diligent, structured, and collaborative personality.
Operation certificates for trucks or lifting equipment are beneficial.
