Your new role
We are seeking multiple Cell Therapy Specialists to join the state-of-the-art manufacturing team of our client in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will be responsible for performing GMP- regulated cell culture activities that directly contribute to the production of clinical and commercial cell therapy products. As Cell Therapy Specialist, you will execute manufacturing steps in Grade A/B clean rooms, following batch records, SOPs, and strict aseptic requirements. You will work closely with colleagues in Production Support, Process Development, QA, and QC to ensure consistent and compliant product delivery. In addition, you will support documentation development, including SOPs, batch records, deviations, and change controls. You will help troubleshoot processing or equipment issues during operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency. This is a hands-on, operational role within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- MLO / HLO / BSc in Applied Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field (MSc/PhD not considered).
- 1–2 years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or a relevant GMP internship.
- Experience with cell culture or aseptic processing is highly preferred.
- Vapro A and B, or LITOP A and B are considered a plus.
- cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical / biotechnology or similar manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is not necessary).
- Hands-on mentality and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work shifts between 07:00 and 00:00 including weekends.
- Must already have full working rights in the Netherlands.
