Job Description

We want to be able to respond quickly to the changing market, be sure that our IT services are always available and our customer data is safe. In order to make this possible we have a strong network of sourcing partners and software vendors. As a contract manager at our IT department you will contribute to these goals by managing the contracts, performance and relations of these partners and suppliers and maximize their value. In addition you will:

• Measure, review and improve the performance of partners based on agreements, KPI’s and SLA’s and bonus malus settlements
• Report on contracts, issues and opportunities for value maximization
• Cooperate with partners to ensure capabilities of external sourcing partners fit demand
• Collaborates with procurement and license management regarding sourcing partners and suppliers
• Resolve contractual and commercial issues and disputes
• Lead and realize RFP’s and other assessments

• Strong in relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Able to communicate in English fluently
