Your new role
As the Facilities Engineer you will manage and oversee small to medium size projects to upgrade facilities and equipment by providing technical support to their implementation. You will support the maintenance team related to equipment, facilities and electrical installation. You are responsible for managing electrical projects and provide guidance to teams of engineers either centrally or located at remote sites. You will execute facilities/equipment/utilities projects, overseeing all facets including conceptual design, detailed design, installation and commissioning while defining project scopes, RFP’s cost estimates and provide justification for capital projects. You will act as the engineering SME during planning, design and development of projects and execute FATs & SATs. Writing and providing technical review of documentation including C&V, protocols, SOPs, engineering drawings, function tests plans, User requirement Specifications (FDS), FATs and SATs. Lead and manage contractors performing equipment, utility and facility work during project execution. You will also support Deviations, CAPAs, investigations, RCA and implement corrective actions, perform risk assessments, system impact assessments and FMEAs. Finally, you will own change control, write change control test plans and execute them.

What you'll need to succeed
You have broad technical knowledge of cGMP compliance and experience with leading investigations, writing deviation reports, change controls and corrective actions. A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably relating to new equipment implementations and/or aseptic processes. You have previous experience with equipment and process validation. Proficiency related to project design. The ability to think critically in a fast paced and expanding company with the ability to collaborate effectively between a wide range of different teams.
