Voor een internationale organisatie zoeken we een parttime HRIS Consultant die het HR‑systeem (HiBob) soepel laat draaien. Je bent dé inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor HR en schakelt moeiteloos met IT. Geen IT’er met HR-kennis, maar een échte HR‑professional met diepe systemenervaring.

De rol Je onderhoudt en configureert het HRIS, bouwt rapportages, lost issues op en ondersteunt bij wijzigingen en optimalisaties. HiBob is recent geïmplementeerd (full suite); ervaring hiermee is een sterke pre. Heb je dat niet, dan is ervaring met vergelijkbare HR‑systemen noodzakelijk.

De huidige specialist (VS‑based) vertrekt eind mei. Starten in mei is ideaal voor overlap. Het contract loopt tot eind 2026, met kans op verlenging. Op termijn wordt deze rol intern belegd, maar tot die tijd ben jij onmisbaar.
