Ik ben op zoek naar een interim Legal counsel voor een internationale organisatie op Schiphol-Rijk voor 32 tot 40 uur. Kennis en ervaring met internationaal (IT) contractenrecht is een harde eis. Ik ben op zoek naar een juridische professional die gewend is om als interimmer snel up & running te zijn.


Subject areas are: IT law, cyber security data privacy, corporate law, intellectual property law, leasing, sales & distribution, procurement, competition law, and other areas as the need arises. Advising on corporate law and corporate maintenance from time to time.
De rol is per direct
Uurtarief: maximaal EURO 130,-- per uur, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding (dit is niet meer onderhandelbaar naar een hoger uurtarief).
Duur: 4 maanden
Hybrid policy (e.e.a. in overleg).
