Hays is collaborating with a global consulting firm that delivers innovative technology solutions to transform businesses and enable clients to excel in their digital journeys. We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to strengthen their team.
Your new role
The team specialises in understanding client requirements from both business and technology perspectives, mapping these to standard SAP functionalities or proposing customised solutions. They work on major SAP business transformation programs, analysing finance and controlling processes, and advising on SAP finance solutions. They support clients on SAP S/4HANA projects across the entire supply chain, from requirements analysis to go-live and rollout.
Responsibilities also include team management, designing specific SAP S/4HANA solutions, introducing best practices, managing technical aspects of implementations and migrations, and supporting large ERP/SAP project sales with technical expertise. They also focus on further developing ERP/SAP S/4 content through conference participation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong academic background in technology or engineering;
- Experience in business process consulting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions;
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI-CO module with hands-on configuration expertise;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects or transformations;
- Excellent understanding of Financial and Management Accounting processes with strong project management skills
