Your New Role
As an Operator I at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Tilburg, you’ll be part of the team that helps produce softgel capsules—medications used around the world. The work is hands-on and follows clear procedures, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structure and routine.
You’ll be trained to carry out tasks such as weighing ingredients, inspecting capsules, and keeping equipment clean. These activities are essential to keeping the production line running smoothly and safely. You’ll work in a 5-shift roster, rotating through morning, afternoon, and night shifts, followed by four days off (2-2-2).

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You don’t need a technical background to get started; basic vocational education (LBO or LBO+) and a good understanding of Dutch or English are enough. You will receive full training, including GMP and safety procedures, so you can feel confident in your role.

In return for your contribution, you’ll receive:
• An hourly wage of €15.18, excluding shift allowance
• A generous 30% shift allowance for working in a 5-shift rotation
• A standard travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 30 days of annual leave, giving you plenty of time to rest and recharge
