Please note: This role operates Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5 with 2 days potential WFH.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly motivated team member for the role of Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations and Compliance Support (MOCS) team within the MSAT department.
In this role you will be part of the technical team, responsible for impact assessments supporting product release, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement and projects for Kite’s commercial manufacturing site producing T-cell therapy products.
In your new role, you will be:
  • Collaborating with technical and operational stakeholders, writing and/or revising SOPs, batch records, and other operations-related documents;
  • Investigating and coordinating the resolution of deviations through comprehensive use of Root -Cause Analysis tools;
  • Devising and implementing CAPAs to address root cause and ensure effectiveness;
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You have a BSc in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent; an Engineering degree is a strong plus.
  • You have prior work experience in cell culture, cell therapy and/or aseptic processing experience.
  • You have proven technical knowledge & experience with cGMP compliance and you have experience in leading investigations, writing deviation reports, change controls, and corrective actions.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can work in cross-functional teams to obtain project deliverables.
  • You have a working knowledge of scientific and engineering principles.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, expanding company environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
  • Function efficiently and independently in a changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to accept temporary responsibilities outside of initial job description.

What you'll get in return

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to 12 months may be possible. In this position, you will get a competitive salary of €58,230 ,holiday pay and your travel expenses are covered. Hays cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
