Your new role
Process Engineer Groningen | Dutch & English | GMP | Lean 6 Sigma | Root Cause Analysis | Process & NPI Support Your new role As a Process Engineer for equipment implementation and Process Improvement you will be taking care of activities in the field of development, optimization and implementation of new and existing production processes and methods. Some of your core tasks will include the technical support and improvement of processes for equipment and vision systems. You will also be involved in the root cause problem solving and analysis of new and existing processes, delivery and cost targets to support production scale up and NPI. In terms of equipment you will implement validation plans for new equipment and improve existing equipment to allow global scaling of the organisations. Identifying and implementing processes to support new product introduction into the supply chain is another one of your duties. Other duties include designing, developing and implementations of test plans, validation documents and complete activities.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has a technically orientated training, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing and/or Industrial engineering role in a medium to high volume manufacturing facility. You have Lean skills for driving continuous improvements and process capability and you have Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification (or working towards certification). You have a hands-on mentality and excellent communication (Dutch and English) to enable you to work with various teams involved with the production process. You are familiar with ICT programmes such as Microsoft Office and Minitab. You are comfortable performing data analysis, structured problem solving, creating reports and presenting results. Alongside this you have excellent analytical capabilities with a drive to challenge the status quo; eager to learn; puts the team first and can learn from your mistakes.

What you'll get in return
