The Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Specialist will support various technical disciplines (projects, drilling, marine, etc.) by managing procurement activities, such as understanding requirements, defining sourcing strategies, preparing and managing RFQs, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, creating POs, and monitoring contracts to ensure timely payment of invoices and closeout. The C&P Specialist will work closely with other supply chain functions, such as shipping and stock management, to ensure global supply chain performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with project engineers
- Defining procurement strategies
- Managing RFQs
- Drafting contracts
- Creating and managing POs in SAP
- Monitoring contract performance
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation
- Handling claims with suppliers
- Sourcing new suppliers
Your Profile
Required competencies include deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, and the tender process, strong negotiation skills, understanding of finance and stock management, and ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or a technical field
- 5-10 years' experience in contracts and procurement in the oil and gas industry
- Fluency in English and French.

The salary range for the position is between 65.000 and 80.000.
