Your new role
The QC Analytical Group is part of the Quality Control department. The Quality Control department ensures consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process by providing accurate testing of incoming goods, in-process samples, final product, environmental monitoring, and stability samples. The team is diverse, enthusiastic, and hardworking.

In this role, you will provide support to the QC analytical group by analysing all kinds of samples (raw material and final product samples). Due to the nature of the treatment, this role requires a high level of proficiency and ownership of the process, with a high skill level of aseptic techniques. Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)
  • Perform testing of raw material and final product samples
  • Review test results
  • Participate in routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces
  • Participate in waste management and perform other duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
  • MBO/HBO degree in Analytical (Bio)Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of QC experience within the Biotech and/or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Hands‑on experience with molecular, analytical, and/or biochemical techniques such as qPCR, ddPCR, and Western blotting (experience with cell therapy products is a strong advantage)
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, GLP, Pharmacopoeia guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to testing and validation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities

What you’ll get in return
Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. At this position, you will get a competitive salary (€49,000) and your travel expenses are covered.
