Your new role
As Reliability Engineer your main task will be to provide technical support for the transfer of products, documentation and knowledge. The transition involves both products that go to and from Organon and vice versa. This includes maintenance plans, calibration protocols, spare part management. You will support the current reliability engineer of the Blister department and the project leader of our location in Haarlem for the disentanglement project. You are also responsible for drawing up and reviewing qualification documents for changes and projects. You report to the Technical Manager of the IPT Blister and you are responsible for the reliability of all installations and equipment that fall under the management of the IPT Blister. You work on problem solving and improving technical performance. Finally, you will support the daily shop floor processes where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in the field of Electrical, Industrial Automation, Maintenance Engineering or Mechanical Engineering supplemented with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. You are familiar working within a production environment and ideally with packaging processes within a GMP environment. You have some experience with project portfolio management, project management, change control and equipment qualification is an advantage. You are convincing, stress-resistant and able to influence stakeholders with excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
